Help with our Exec Team's administration

Henfield Community Partnership exists to incubate, empower and evolve a thriving and resilient local community, where individuals, groups and businesses collaborate, share resources, and engage in co-creating a vibrant, resilient future for all. Our motto is "We're better together".

The Role:

Henfield Community Partnership consists of a small exec team, a number of affiliates and members. The partnership is managed by the exec team and the affiliates cover areas of specific interest to the community. A member is anyone in the community who is interested in what is happening in the village. We are looking to recruit someone to join the exec team who can help with the administration. You will be directly involved in the projects and initiatives that the partnership is working on. If you are someone who would like to help us make Henfield an even better place, this is the opportunity for you.

Meetings of the exec committee are informal and are held when most or all exec team members are available. There are other times when it will only involve one or two members. All meetings are by mutual agreement.

What skills do I need?

• Ability to work as part of a team
• Experience in minute taking would be an advantage
