For Amberley Museum
Who Are We?
Amberley Museum brings to life the industrial and transport heritage of Sussex and allows you to explore exhibits, dating back to the 19th century. Amberley Museum is on a thirty-six-acre site situated at the foot of the South Downs National Park. As well as championing the South's industrial past, the Museum also places strong emphasis on its own natural environment.
The Role:
If you and your work team are hoping to support the community through volunteering you are always welcome to join us for a day at Amberley. Our large Museum site requires a good deal of maintenance, much of which is carried out by our in-house volunteer teams. However, there is always more work to do than we can manage. This is where you could help. So, if you and your colleagues fancy a day in the countryside, helping us to keep our beautiful site safe and enjoyable for the visiting public, please feel free to enlist.
No prior experience required. Our friendly grounds and maintenance team will welcome you with open arms and give you all the direction, tools and equipment you need.
