For Amberley Museum
Who Are We?
Amberley Museum brings to life the industrial and transport heritage of Sussex, and allows you to explore exhibits dating back to the 19th century.
The Role
The Friends of Amberley Museum currently have two FULL Committee spaces available, which they would like to fill.
The role requires joining the Friends Committee as a Voting Committee Member. Your vote will count on all Committee decisions including requests for grants from other areas of the Museum. Friends Committee Meetings are held five times per year, plus an AGM once per year.
The Friends of Amberley Museum also have two CO-OPTEE Committee Member spaces currently available. Becoming a Co-Opted Member of the Committee does not involve any voting decisions, but you would attend all meetings to share you perspectives.
Committee members also work to enhance the Friends profile both on-site and outside the Museum, as well as helping with fundraising.
Good listening and communication skills are desirable for these roles.
