Who Are We?

Mary How Trust is a registered charity based in Pulborough, West Sussex. We offer health screening to asymptomatic clients to help the early detection of Cancer and other life threatening diseases. We suggest a donation of £350 to complete but as we believe everyone has the right to a screening we offer this service on a pay what you can afford basis. Our screenings save lives through early detection.

The Role

We are looking for Office Volunteers to help with the following:

• Maintain high service levels and improve the client journey from welcoming to departure.
• Responding to client calls and emails.
• Processing administrative tasks, including client information packs.

You will also actively promote and encourage donations to support the Mary How Trust's mission. This includes:

• Asking all clients, during their visit, how they would like to contribute.
• Expressing gratitude to clients who have already made a donation.
