The Southwater Neighbourhood Wardens are seeking enthusiastic young leaders (ideally aged 15–17) to facilitate a new Dungeons & Dragons club for participants aged 12-17 years. As a Dungeon Master (DM), you will be the primary storyteller and referee, guiding players through epic adventures while fostering a social, inclusive space for local youth.
The Role
Key Responsibilities
Game Management: Lead and narrate D&D campaigns, ensuring all players are engaged and rules are applied fairly.
Session Preparation: Plan encounters and storylines in advance to provide a high-quality experience.
Leadership: Manage group dynamics and resolve in-game conflicts with patience and diplomacy.
