For Amberley Museum
Who Are We?
Amberley Museum brings to life the industrial and transport heritage of Sussex, and allows you to explore exhibits dating back to the 19th century.
The Role
We are currently hoping to recruit more skilled and semi-skilled individuals who can attend on a regular basis to take care of day to day reactive and planned grounds and maintenance projects as part of our busy Grounds and Maintenance team.
The team meets on Mondays (for facilities maintenance) and/or Tuesdays (for grounds-keeping) to tackle these tasks on days when the Museum is closed to the public.
Full training is provided for all of our volunteer roles, unless otherwise specified, but experience with plumbing, carpentry, general building and, in particular, painting would be much appreciated.
